Once you’ve purchased your Weber® barbecue there are a few other things you’ll want to have on hand. Depending on the type of barbecue you have bought you can find the right tools under Weber® Q™ accessories, Weber® charcoal accessories or Weber® gas accessories.
A couple of essential accessories required for each time you barbecue is a good brass bristle cleaning brush for easy cleaning afterwards and a pair of long-handled tongs as well as an instant-read digital thermometer and a timer. The tongs will allow you to keep your hands a safe distance from the heat of the grill when placing, turning, or removing food from the grill. The thermometer and the timer will take the guesswork out of when your grilled food is cooked to perfection and will keep you from crossing that line from done to over-done.
