The Weber Grill Academy - the UK’s first and only barbecue cookery school
Located in the heart of Oxfordshire, the Weber Grill Academy is offering barbecue fans the unique opportunity to be trained by Weber’s highly skilled barbecue tutors, on the very latest barbecue models.
The full day Academy masterclasses are £120.00 and will cover everything you need to know about the different barbecue cooking techniques such as roasting and grilling, and how to get the most out of your barbecue. You will get the opportunity to cook delicious food such as pizza and roast chicken - things you never thought possible on a barbecue!
The Grill Academy is a year round venue; you can cook on gas barbecues in the specially adapted kitchen, or outdoors on charcoal or smoker-style barbecues.
The first cookery class will take place in August, from February – July Weber will be providing training to workers at garden centres and retail outlets which sell barbecues so that they can pass on their expertise to customers.
