Compatible with all Weber's 57cm charcoal barbecues, the gourmet BBQ system griddle set includes the hinged cooking grate and griddle accessory.
The cast iron griddle is porcelain enamelled, cast iron and is coated so that it is non-stick and easy to clean. It is perfect for cooking small and delicate foods such as fish, pancakes or omelettes.
The hinged cooking grate is the cornerstone of the gourmet BBQ system. Use it as a standard grate or remove the middle section and cook with one of the three interchangeable accessories; wok, sear grate or griddle.
