The cast iron sear grate is porcelain enamelled, cast iron and is coated so that it is non-stick and easy to clean. It provides professional sear markings whilst sealing in the food’s moisture and flavour.
The cast iron sear grate can be bought individually as an addition to the cooking grate or as part of the sear grate set and is compatible with any of Weber's 57cm charcoal barbecues.
